SALON POLICIES
RESERVATIONS & CANCELLATIONS: Due to the popularity of our spa treatments, we strongly recommend that reservations be made in advance. However, walk-ins are welcome and we will always do our best to accommodate your request. A major credit card is required to hold all appointments.
If you need to cancel or reschedule a reservation, we require at least 24 hours notice for all services. Reservations canceled or rescheduled in less than 24 hours will incur a 100% charge. Late arrivals will result in an abbreviated treatment time. Please turn off all mobile phone ringers while in Spa JLK and keep telephone conversations to a minimum.
PAYMENT: We accept cash and the following credit cards: Visa, American Express, MasterCard and Discover. Gratuities are accepted in cash only. Cell Phones. Please silence all cell phones when entering the Salon area. We want to maintain a relaxing and rejuvenating environment for all guests. If you must use your phone please do so in the retail area only and keep conversations as quiet and brief as possible.
CHILDREN: For the consideration of all our guests, children are not allowed in the spa area unless receiving a service and we ask that no children are left unattended in the salon area. If the child is under 7, you must have an adult not receiving a service present to care for the child’s needs.
